One of the important organizations that banks should focus on is the “organizational culture”. As we know the organizational culture in general is about the values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social environment of an organization. An organization’s culture of a bank is the systematic way managers and employees, behave with each other. Dubai Islamic bank culture comes from an original institution that has shared the best of best of conventional Islamic value with the technology that characterize the best of modern banking.

DIB manager’s decisions were made to keep employee satisfaction in mind. They do encourage working in team and individual when the manager share ideas with others and also take their opinion to decide. People will always find aggressiveness between the companies, departments and employees, in this bank the department tries to help, and work together to achieve their goals because they need each other but there you might find some aggressiveness between the managers who’s trying to be the best in organizing and leading to get into better situation and level. They are not risk –taking culture as they study their process and projects carefully. Their stability is about solving problems instead of searching for new solutions.
Dubai Islamic bank organizational culture has a strong system and adaptive culture. They’ve been posting good results all the time and have the unique distinction of being the world’s first Islamic bank for the past decades until this day. The bank has expanded its existence in the UAE and currently operates 77 branches through 44 years without problems.
