Legitimacy of St.Jude
Currently there are thousands of charitable organizations that are using all different medias in order to acquire multiple individuals generosity. Naturally scammers take advantage and use these same methods to profit from an individual's goodwill. According to the Federal Trade Commission there are multiple signs as well as ways to prevent these types of scams. Some signs are evident to some and hidden to others. This part of the report on st. Jude will include the most common ways people can identify a scam and how St. Jude is legitimate. Jude may be considered high rated but every individual should check if an organization is tax exempt or holds a 501(c)(3) status. Upon examining St. Jude's IRS form that had been posted in 2014 the IRS states that this establishment claims, “501(c)(3) status” (St. Jude 2013 IRS Form 1 ). This proves that the St. Jude is a legitimate nonprofit. This is also not the only year that this organisation has claimed to be a non profit since there are records dating back proving that they have a track record since they started in 1957. St. Jude is not the only name that this organization solicits donations under. According to the IRS and Charity Watch this organisation goes by multiple names such as, “ALSAC, ALSAC / St. Jude ,American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities, Inc., and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital” ("Charity Ratings | America's Most Independent, Assertive Charity Watchdog | CharityWatch" 1). Most charities go by multiple names but these are the only associated names with this organization that are infact legitimate. No matter which title you use for the St. jude organization their mission is the same. St. Jude checks out across the board and this is a well rounded institution worthy of the public's

...Idioms and Expressions by David Holmes A method for learning and remembering idioms and expressions I wrote this model as a teaching device during the time I was working in Bangkok, Thailand, as a legal editor and language consultant, with one of the Big Four Legal and Tax companies, KPMG (during my afternoon job) after teaching at the university. I am happy to be able to share the materials that follow, such as they are, in the hope that they may be of some use and benefit to others. The simple teaching device I used was three-fold: 1.
