SUBJECT: Recruiting Reward Policy

A new policy for rewarding those who recruit potential employees has been adopted by the Human Resources department. The new policy is effective starting today and you should take advantage of it, as you would be helping the company as well as yourself.
The new policy is designed to help attract qualified accounting, computer, and communication professionals, which is something that our organization has struggled with recently. To solve the problem, management has created a “Most Wanted” list of positions needed. Those of you who can successfully recruit an individual to fill a position on the list will receive a $2,500 cash bonus.
To earn the bonus, you must:
• Complete a Recruitment Bonus Request before any communication occurs between the recruit and the company. This form will identify important information, such as the recruit’s name, current position, and qualifications.
• Sign the form, have the recruit sign it, and then have the recruiting director sign it.
• Make sure the form is complete and signed. Once signed by the recruiting director, the form will be submitted to the Human Resources Department.

The “Most Wanted” list will be updated weekly by the recruiting director, so you will always know which positions are needed. Your involvement in this new system will be greatly appreciated. If anybody has any questions or concerns, feel free to call or e-mail me, or contact the Human Resources
