The sentence is mention with regard to creativity and innovation in term of business. There are many confusion theories concerning creativity and innovation in term of firms and partnerships. Therefore, the writer is going to find out and explain the sentence. Then, this essay will give the definition of creativity and innovation, and determine the key word of the sentence. Why the creativity and innovation are important for successful for entrepreneurs as the building blocks of company and organizational firm. In addition, the writer will provide an example case study that support of how significant of those two words is.

Many theories of Creativity and innovation in term of business can be cause of confusing in the sense of creativity and innovation. However, Creativity and innovation are two different terms and they technically have different sense. Fist of all, creativity in term of business is described, as “Mental characteristic that allows a person to think outside of the box, which results in innovative or different approaches to particular task” (BusinessDictionary.com, n.d.). Therefore, creativity is a result processing of knowledge including curious, experience, imagination, and evaluation. Base on the theory of Burrus (2013),
“the creativity is divided into three steps: Discovery: the lower level of creativity is discovery, Invention: a higher level of creativity is invention, and Creation: creation is the highest level of creativity. Thereby, the creativity is the first step draw creating new and innovative product and services from imagination by idea. The second step is invention. This progress is drawing pattern and method of innovation to the product and service. Final section is the creation and innovation”. The innovation is described, as “ The process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay” (BusinessDictionary.com, n.d.). Thus, the innovation is the next processing after you have a brainstorm meeting and dream up hundred ideals with your partnerships. After the process, you need to take a risk and bring the result of creative ideas to be changed from creative ideas into a product, method, and service that we call creation and innovation.

Creativity and innovation are necessary for all business and firm organization. The creative and innovate ideas might increase possibility to step a head of the competitor. Therefore, the key to success in competitive markets is creating the creative ideas in order to response for demand of the market. Of course, there is not a guarantee: the new creative ideas are always going successful. Anyhow, the new creative product or service always attracts the attention rather than same product or service. Modern entrepreneurs and CEO intend to fight their competitor by pushing their enterprise and business to be head of their competitor rather than fighting in the same condition. For this reason, the efficient entrepreneurs never fall into fear of competitor by copy an idea. For example, their product has been copy what they do by the challenger. They will continually keep creating something new and fulfilling the demand of market than previous product and service. Since, the efficient entrepreneurs need to gain ability to create new idea and enhance their product and service to response and fulfill the demand of the market. Thus, the smart entrepreneurs can keep their successful into long-term. In addition, the concept of creativity and innovation can be the most important part of the factor in establishing and maintain a competitive advantage. For example, the human resource adapts the creativity and innovation concept into their department to make creative environment workplace to motivate their staffs. The workers can get benefits in the creative workplace including better teamwork, improved ability to attract and retain quality employees, increased staff morale, fun and happiness, and increased workplace problem solving and productivity (Best practice consulting, 2015, ¶ 3). At the result, the company will work more effective rather than usual business.

Google Company is an excellent example in the creativity and innovation topic. Nowadays, Google is well known as search engine company, and recognized as on of the world’s most innovative companies. The company was founded in 1998 by Sergey Brin and Larry page. More than 70 precent of worldwide online search requests is handled by Google (encyclopaedia Britannica, n.d.). There are various conscious efforts made by Google cofounders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to increase innovation and creativity at the company. For instant, principle of innovation in Google Company consists 9 points including innovation comes from anywhere, focus on the user, aim to be ten times better, bet on technical insights, ship and iterate, give employees 20 precent time, default to open processes, fail well, and have a mission that matters (Leong, C, 2013). The rules of Google company can show how Google company adopts the creativity and innovation concept into their company. Specially, fail well principle: the company convinces their staff to think the failure is not a stigma. But the failure is the way to achieve the innovation and success. Therefore, Google’s employees always have new ideas to serve creative product and service for the market. At the result, Google company can be head of their competitor and be successful company.

Conclusion

It can say innovation and creativity is analytical skills that is mostly essential in management to achieve the successful company. Most of the successful companies as Google and many more have always been result of adopting the creativity and innovation concept in their company. Therefore, it is really difficult to reach the successful entrepreneur without creativity and innovation concept. In addition, the concept can make you discover a new idea to make a creative product and service to be successful company in long tern.

...One explanation milgrim put forth as to why people obey is that they shift from an autonomous state to an agentic state, so they see themselves as an agent for carrying out someone else's wishes. This could mean they avoid the costs of obeying and the costs of disobeying to an extent. Milgrim came up with this hypothesis after his study where participants were given the role of electrocuting a 'learner' 'for the name of scence' with an experimenter pressing them on. 62.5% of them went to maximum voltage and obeying the experimenter. It would make sense that agentic shift was a factor to the participants obeying in this situation being told it was in the name of science and with an experimenter pressing them on. If agentic shift was the only reason why people obey then its probable different events would have occured during historical events where people dosobeyed, like in the holocaust where there were unnessessary acts of cruelty against jews. That could be explained in terms of conformity rather than obeying though. This explanaton doesn't explain why it matters to people to obey so its a reductionist explanation. It makes cognitive sense aswell for it being a reductonist explanation from knowledge f people being scared and consequently obeying and other human nature knowledge. Another explnanation is that people obey because they start to obey a little they have chosen the path of obeying and it takes less effort therefore to obey there on in than to disobey. This is...

Moreover, you shouldn’t keep silence when you don’t understand what he or she said. Instead of that, you should ask for focused explanation ( ex: I understand this, but could you explain the second part you said, I’m not sure how to do the next thing you give me….) ...really understand the relationship between their responsibility and their final results. Thus managers didn´t comprehend what´s expected of them. The new system came up with better “explanation” of employee’s responsibility. Managers could much better understand how their actions and decisions are related to the final economic results of the company. However, there were some difficulties in the form of implementation, in my opinion.  From what I understood, new system lacks communication between creators and employees. I don´t think managers felt and understood the necessity of change. More communication in form of meetings and seminars would improve their attitude towards progress in the company. Misinterpreting of implementation of the new system is proved when managers complained “It almost seems like the operating managers finally understood the old report, so they decided change it." This is the evidence that managers didn´t understand the purpose of writing reports and weren´t able to recognize the importance of specific information in the reports. Their frustration and disappointment about might lead to unwillingness to change and improve their working habits.  In my opinion, creators of the new performance measurement system underestimated the way of introducing new rules, mainly the explanation of change necessity. Managers weren´t familiar with this thought so their attitude towards new rules wasn´t as creators...

...particular learning experience I had already pre-informed the student of the event so we could start promptly. The student arrived on time as I did. We went straight to the operating theatre where we were going to be working for the day. On arriving in that theatre I discovered it had been used prior and was left in an untidy state so I had to tidy it up before we could proceed. Had I have thought before hand I could have checked the day before to ensure this was not the case. I started by showing the student the anaesthetic machine we were going to use, explained the different parts and how they function. The student looked a bit perplexed at the terminology I used so I tried more simple terminology and explanations and that seemed to help. After the brief explanation of how the anaesthetic machine worked I described The checks we were going to carry out. I showed the student the 2012 guide to checking the machine produced by the College of Anaesthetists which is the one we currently use. We started to check the machine going through the guide step by step as described. It took quiet a while to complete the check. Afterwards I asked the student if they followed what we had done, the student commented it was a bit too much to go through in one session. I think looking back that I should have broken down the process into perhaps two or more sessions allowing the student time to take in and question the information. For future teaching I will definitely allocate more...

Discuss Theoretical Approaches to Beliefs About Health

...has had the disease) it primarily considers individual beliefs. It doesn’t include the influence of other people who can be very important. When the model is applied, health workers know that if only the individual patient wants to take action and important others are opposed, there is little chance of change. The Locus of Control theory by Rotter only divides people into two distinct categories – surely not all ‘internalisers’ are healthy and all externalisers are unhealthy? It is huglet reductionist and therefore, fails to explain individual differences in health behaviours due to knowledge, age, sex, lifestyle etc. However, there is lots of empirical research evidence to support the theory. Self-Efficacy offers an dispositional explanation, suggesting that individuals are responsible for making their own health decisions. It is useful as it also suggests that health behaviours can be changed, if an...

Raymond Carver’s Story, "Cathedral’

...Raymond Carver’s story, "Cathedral’, talks about an outside relationship within a marriage that is established between the narrator’s wife and a blind man. The story elaborates how the relationship can affect the normal relations of the couple. Communication in that marriage is not as effective as expected. Also, the privacy of the husband is affected. However, openness results to seeing a cathedral when the husband explains what it is to the blind man. The title is based on the cathedral but the story is about two men who have a problem seeing. He is frustrated when the town people assign butchers to ensure that he feeds on nothing. The allow him to eat. Eventually, the manager sees that the man will die and feeds him forcefully. Later, the man dies. The cage was replaced with a panther that eats hungrily and attracts many people to it. The hunger artist is a symbol of how the world is.
