FACT FINDING MISSION TO NIGERIA

1. BABY NEEDS: This includes shoes, clothes, diapers, pampers, huggies, toys etc. The options of mode of operation includes: (a) Have a warehouse in lagos and onitsha where every goods shipped from china/America will be stored and have retailers come buy in bulk/wholesale -- Alex-kingsley Global ventures being the parent supplier. The cost of renting a warehouse goes for = N=20,000.00 per month which will amount to $200.00. (b) The second option will be rent a shop in Lagos, Port Harcourt or Onitsha and employ someone who will manage the shop but will be overseen by Alex-kingsley Global Ventures. Renting a shop goes for =N=15,000.00 - =N=20,000.00 and an upfront payment of two years. Name of store for option b will be “Baby’s Place’’ – A division of Alex-kingsley Global Ventures.
Either with options (a) or (b), an agreement has to be reached with respective parties and contract signed.

2. PROPERTY AQUICITION: Buy double plot of land for development and rent out afterword. Or develop one part of the land for rental purposes and leave the second part to appreciate for 2-3 years and sell it thereafter for 2-3 times the original value. Cost of land estimated at =N=6.5-8 million in a new development area. Property to be named “Alex-kingsley Villa”
This is favored by a lot of people as it is very lucrative either way especially when it is developed and all necessary amenities are in place. Have a lawyer to draft all the necessary documents as required. Another option is to build block of flats near colleges/universities of choice; have students rent it and have it managed by an employee with agreements to be signed by both parties drafted by Alex-kingsley’s lawyer

3. ELECTRONICS/GENERATORS: These deals with assorted household goods, fans of different sizes and models, table top cookers, power generators, assorted electronics etc. This will be a partnership and the partner will provide warehouse in Lagos, Onitsha and possibly a shop in Port Harcourt; the resources to execute if the goods arrive are already in place and the outlet to deliver the goods are already in place too- goods will be delivered on wholesale bases. If partnership and all necessary documents signed and agreement reached, the profit will be on a 70%-30% or 80%-20% bases but am going for 80-20% considering that Alex-Kingsley is the sole financier. Clearing agent. is part of the deal .On the other hand, if solely Alex-kingsley Global Ventures, warehouse will be rented in Onitsha for =N=20,000.00 per month and a shop in port Harcourt to be rented and goes for =N=15,000.00 - =N=20,000.00 per month, an upfront payment of two years to be paid.

4. PHARMACEUTICALS: Drugs to be imported from India and America with specifications. To be managed by a pharmacist and 2 nurses under an agreement signed by both parties. To be named ‘’Alex-Kingsley pharmaceuticals’’ – A division of Alex-kingsley Global ventures. This requires NAFDAG approval; shop to be rented at =N=15,000.00 - =N=20,000.00 per month with an upfront payment of 2 years.

5. COMPUTERS AND ACCESSORIES: Lobby schools/companies to be sole supplier of every form of computers and accessories that they may need. Now, KEL Engineering, Aladumo schools need computers – 80 each now. Lobby the parties involved and earn a contract to supply computers /accessories to the schools or companies if possible. Computer accessories on its own are also a good source of income with readymade market. China/Japan/Singapore is a good market source.

With respect to No 5:

Marketing: Bring in the goods and give your selling price. He sells the goods at his own price.
Partnership: Profit margin to be agreed on by both parties.
SKD: Bring in the materials here in Nigeria and assemble them. Get the company in China to produce for you, don’t buy already made goods.

6. HOTEL: Build a hotel to meet standard with adequate and up to date facilities. Hotel to be managed by one that is employed by Alex-kingsley and recruitment of staff by Alex-kingsley with set standard. Agreement to be reached by both parties with specifications and rules to be drawn by a lawyer that oversees the smooth operation of the business. Estimated number of suites to be between 25-30; land to be developed estimated at between 35-40 million naira. 7. STOCK FISH: Importation of stockfish from Norway, Malaysia and the U.S.A. and register to be the sole distributor in the city of Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Onitsha. Good source of revenue and it is all season long. Contact the manufacturer/producer in the respective country.

8. STUDENT ‘S HOSTEL: Acquire a double plot of land and build students hostel to suite and rent it out- students are in session all year round. Steady income for the rest of one’s life. Project to be carried out in an area close to a college/university/polytechnic. Agreement between both parties to be clearly spelt out by Alex-kingsley Global ventures lawyer and property managed and supervised by same. Invested capital recovered in two to three years maximum. Estimated cost of land =N=2,000,000.00 at Owerri, Bori, Omoku but can still be negotiated.

9. SPORTS BAR: Open a sports bar in a busy environment with all necessary facilities like big screen TV, all affordable wines and beer, good food of different kinds, security, hostess, manager, good music. Very good business in the Port Harcourt city area, great source of revenue.

10. COLOGNE STORE ONLY: Good business. Store estimated at 20,000.00 per month and an upward of 2 years payment required.

11. SALON: Full fledge salon with all essential amenities in place. Good source of revenue on a daily basis.
