Agility Marketing LLC is pleased to provide Client with the following social media proposal. The intent of the proposal is to deliver a complete social media marketing solution designed to address the following business goals:
1) Increasing the number of on-site customers 2) Gaining recognition as a fitness industry expert with an emphasis on the strength and conditioning field

Recognizing that the stated business goals require different strategies and different metrics, this proposal is broken down into two distinct, non-concurrent phases. Agility Marketing LLC will provide strategy, development, consulting and execution to bring all aspects of Client’s social media marketing efforts into alignment with unified goals and purpose. Phase I – Increasing the number of on-site customers In support of Phase 1, Agility Marketing LLC will provide social media consulting and execution services in the following areas: 1) General analysis of current customers and local competitors. a. Define target customer(s) with Client either before or in conjunction with the analysis 2) Analysis of Client’s online presence on the following platforms: Platform Twitter Facebook Blog YouTube Email Marketing Website Examples of Analysis Tools (but not limited to) Google Analytics; SocialBro; Bit.ly Facebook’s Insights; EdgeRank Google Analytics YouTube Insights Email Marketing Provider’s reports Google Analytics, Alexa

3) Through consulting, strategy and executing in cooperation with Client, Agility Marketing LLC will direct the proper implementation of Social Media channels that will further build the brand, loyal customer base and community. Some of the activities that will be included in the program are: a. Recommending a posting schedule for Twitter and Facebook b. Social Media cross pollination and marketing integration plan and execution, ensuring all client channels are integrated and draw on one another toward social media. c. Recommendations for responding and engaging with fans and followers to build relationships. d. Recommending headlines for blog posts, YouTube videos, tweets and Facebook posts e. Developing metrics, where possible and appropriate, tied to marketing strategies that support the specific business goal. f. Recommendations for all social networking profile settings g. Recommendations for content topics and types of posts (informative, sales, referral incentives, etc) 4) All activities for Phase 1 will be implemented with the following subset goals in mind:

Increase the number of local Twitter followers in targeted demographics Increase the number of local Facebook fans and number of likes/shares Increase the number of unique views on Client’s blog and YouTube channel Increase email newsletter open rate and click through rate Decrease website bounce rate and increase time per visit.

5) Two (2) follow up consultations are included in the package price. They will be limited to 1 hour per session and must be used within 3 months of Phase 1 completion. Phase 2 – Increase recognition as fitness industry experts to a national audience In support of Phase 2, Agility Marketing LLC will provide social media consulting and execution services in the following areas: 1) General analysis of the online presence of others in the fitness industry. Ex: strength and conditioning coaches and sport-skill trainers in a variety of sports. 2) Analysis of Client’s online presence on the following platforms: Platform Twitter Facebook Blog YouTube Email Marketing Website Examples of Analysis Tools (but not limited to) Google Analytics; SocialBro; Bit.ly Facebook’s Insights; EdgeRank Google Analytics YouTube Insights Email Marketing Provider’s reports Google Analytics, Alexa

3) Through consulting, strategy and executing in cooperation with Client, Agility Marketing LLC will direct the proper implementation of Social Media channels that will further build the brand, loyal customer base and community. Some of the activities that will be included in the program are: a. Recommending engagement opportunities with peers and complimentary services within their social networks and blog to build relationships b. Social Media cross pollination and marketing integration plan and execution, ensuring all client channels are integrated and draw on one another toward social media. c. Recommending headlines for blog posts, YouTube videos, tweets and Facebook posts d. Developing metrics, where possible and appropriate, tied to marketing strategies that support the specific business goal. e. Recommending guidelines for downloadable e-books to encourage newsletter sign-up and acclimate customer base and readership to more tangible product offerings. 4) All activities for Phase 2 will be implemented with the following goals in mind: a. Increase the number of peer Twitter followers, RTs by peers and peer conversations b. Increase the number of peer Facebook fans and number of likes/shares c. Increase the number of unique views on Client’s blog and YouTube channel and sharing from both
