Introduction:
Networking online is a great time saver over the more laborious process of traditional, off line networking, but it can also be huge time-eater. With hundreds of millions of blogs. Million of post to message boards and discussion groups, you could easily spend every working moment connecting with people online and still only scratch the surface.

What is a social Networking?
Social networking is the process of using Web-based tools to connect with people for the purpose of reaching your career and business goals and, in turn, helping others reach their goals. Like traditional offline networking (meeting with people in person or speaking by phone), networking online is an important part of any job search, personal career management plan, sales strategy, or marketing plan. Whether you call some one on the phone or write the comment on someone’s blog, you’re making a human-to-human connection.
Whether you attend a business mixer in a hotel ballroom across town or join the conversation on twitter from your home office in the basement, you’re networking. It’s essentially all the same thing.
