In previous years, children have been eating cafeteria food so that parents do not have to make lunches every morning for their kids. Same goes for a business. Employees would need to bring in lunches every day and have limited time when it comes to breaks. From that, businesses have to implement a food service offered into the building. While it may seem trivial, it is actually beneficial. With food services offered in a building, employees can dine without leaving the building and save time and energy to wake up every morning doing an additional task. With that in mind, employees will definitely need the time as there are normally short breaks between shifts.

Every morning, employees would have to make their own food so that they can eat later. This causes unnecessary stress and eventually lead into a stressful day. To avoid this situation, food service offers food so that employees do not have to make food for later consumption. By having food given in the establishment, employees do not need to make their lunches, but instead come to work ready to accomplish their tasks. Sometimes, employees do not have lunches with them. When the day goes by, the worker may perform poorly in his tasks. When …show more content…
Eventually, this created short breaks of at least half an hour to eat food before continuing to work. At a short time span, it is clearly difficult for employees to find places to eat. However, with food service offered in the building, it has made dining more convenient for the employees. Instead of having to find a place to eat in that short period of time, food is available for the employees to eat. As a result, it decreases the stress looking for food and employees can instead focus more on their paperwork. With business offering food services, employees are treated to good food without paying money and overall perform more effectively than having no food
