You are the HR Director and you are in charge of hiring new employees. In preparation for interviewing potential job candidates, you need to write seven open-ended interview questions that relate specifically to hiring ONE of the following positions:
• Foodservice Director for the Coffee House on campus
• Manager of the Gunrock Pub on campus
• Foodservice Director for the central production kitchen for the Davis Joint Unified
School District (it serves 10,000 students)
• Foodservice Manager for Sutter Davis Hospital (it has 48 beds)
After you have written each question, state what kind of information you are hoping to obtain from that question; think about what we’ve covered so far in lecture. Include one “out of the box” question, such as “If you were a kitchen utensil, what would you be and why.” Be creative with this one!
