...G.SAI KIRAN 1226113115 NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE INDUSTIRY: SOFT DRINKS SUMMERY: Non-alcoholic beverages sector, which is currently being looked at as a non-corporate small- and medium-scale dominated segment, needs extensive reforms in order to develop as a complete corporate sector. In 1993, the consumption of aerated beverages in India was a meager three servings, per person, per annum. Cut to 2013, industry estimates cite that Indians have a per capita consumption of 14 servings. While that’s small when you compare the global average of 94 servings, India, because of the sheer weight of its population, is a huge force to reckon with for the world’s leading food and beverage corporations. Currently the influx of FDI in overall food processing sector is 1.8% of the total FDI ($147.08 billion) India got between 2001 and 2011. Out of this, the non- alcoholic beverage sector got approximately $19.44 million under automatic route while its contribution to India’s GDP was around $1.6 billion. Companies under the Indian beverages sector have operations in more than one state and the difference in taxation and other factors create barrier for the sector. Issues like implementation of GST (Goods and Services Tax) would certainly help the entire F&B industry. Inflation has got entrenched and monetary policy does not have any or has very little impact on food prices and fuel prices, food grain prices were moving upwards faster than other food items. The increase in the general...

...Anthony Teresa 5-4-13 Ms Watson #3794 Final Draft(Revised) There are many differences that the U.S. and China run their school systems. There positives and negatives in both systems also. I like the way we run our school in the U.S. but there defiantly needs to be some improvements and we learn some things that what China does and we don’t do. Japan Has consistently created an educational system that continues to move past America and dead in student educational achievement. Here are some of they differences that the U.S. and China have. School strategies should be created that match school and student need. The “one” size fits all” approach does not work. Today, students would find school more interesting and inspiring with the more useful of visual aids such as DVD’s movies, field trips, internships, on the job experience and training. Class assignments could encourage use of cell phones, Ipads, current tech equipment that todays students enjoy. Not all students are “book learners.” Grade students on what they creatively bring to a class not just label them by a test grade. . The positive parts about the U.S is that we give our kids a social life. That’s a big part of growing up and learning a lot of things about life. I wouldn’t be the person that I am today if it wasn’t for my social life. China send their kids to school ten hours a day unlike us which is six hours. That’s a really long day in normal society and I don’t understand how those kids go to school...

Vocational/Career Self Assessment Paper

...Vocational/Career Self Assessment It is essential for individuals to discover what careers fit their personal desires and personality traits. Assessments are one of the major components of career counseling and it is essential all counselors are competent in implementing and interpreting assessment scores (Amir, Gati, & Kleiman, 2008). As a future counselor, it is essential I am able to complete career assessments and gain my own personal insight of the results. In this paper, I will discuss the results and insights from the Self Directed Search Assessment and the SWOT assessment. The assessment is devised of six characteristics, however only three types will be generated based on the test takers answers (Holland, Powell, & Fritzsche, 1994). My findings from the Self Directed Search...
