Key Schedule Milestones:
1. Complete modifications in the Clubhouse by 1st August, 2016.
2. Complete first edition of the automated golf system by 15th August, 2016.
3. Complete member and club benefits by 1st September’ 2016
4. Complete final production edition of the automated golf system by 15th November, 2016.
Budget Information: Grand Acres Golf Course made a profit last year. Total of $2-$2.5 million of expenditure is estimated for the entire maintenance. The business organization has granted $2 million for this project; more funds are available and requested if required. The maximum amount will be spent on the software development team for automated process and mobile app, and will be outsourced. Project Objectives: The Grand Acre Golf Course club is experiencing a major disadvantage with the current system and has thought of investing in for a new system technology. This project holds a lot of importance for the firm. This is the first charter plan for the improvement project .The objective is to accomplish the first edition of the automated software in three months and a final production in five-six months.
Main Project Success Criteria: The automated system software must expel all the drawbacks of the current manual system, fulfill all the other specifications, be tested, functioned, executed and maintained thoroughly and be completed on time. The MD will officially authorize the project plan and discuss with other key stakeholders for any suggestions.
