Interpersonal skill are the life skills which we use almost every day to communicate and interact with other people which can be individually or in a group.
People who have worked hard on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both professional and personal lives.

In a working environment there could be two type of employees a good employee or a great employee. Ever wondered why working with great employee is far better or more pleasurable or if they exceed every expectation, what are their secrets?
This people have perfected themselves with developing their interpersonal skills. Below are some of the ways you can develop your interpersonal skill.

Verbal Communication: An effective verbal communication begins with clarity of each word while verbally communicating. This requires slowing down and speak more thoughtfully. People usually feel rushed to respond to questions and conversations immediately, but it is better to pause a moment especially if the question merits it. This also requires perfecting your pronunciation of each word.

Non-Verbal Communication: Non-verbal communication is something that other people notice whether you are aware of your actions or not, which is your body language. Your body language is constantly speaking. Non-verbal communication consists of your facial expression, your posture, your voice, your gestures and even the way you position yourself physically amongst colleagues is constantly revealing your true attitude which can be for better or for worse.

Listening: Listening is very important in communication. If you don’t listen you won’t know what to reply. Listening is so important that it is a bona fide field of theoretical study. Communication cannot be realized unless a listener completes the loop.
