Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it” (Greg Anderson). Gain wisdom as the adventure progresses on shows that all gain knowledge. Also will gain better choices and smarter ideas from experience. As the adventure goes on we gain experience. Also the results of the journey is just as important as the lessons learned along the way. During the adventure through life there are always obstacles along the way. In the poem “Ithaka” and “Courage” it proves that wisdom is gained as the journey moves on. Ithaka says that if you have experience in your journey through life than gaining knowledge will have to come. “And if you find her poor, Ithaka won’t have fooled you. Wise as you will have become, so full of experience, you will have understood by then what these Ithakas mean” (Cavafy 35-38). Ithaka is trying to say that if you are understanding and gaining wisdom during the journey of life, then it will be hard to mess up and become poor or going hungry. In courage it says to always pick yourself up and always remember that everyone can and will pick them up. From experience it should be easy to pick yourself up from anything. “You powdered your sorrow and gave it a back rub then covered it with a blanket and after it had slept for a while it woke to wings of roses and was transformed” (Sexton 32-36). Courage believes that you should always get back up and always be able get back up and get ready to face the challenges of life. To conclude everyone should get stronger and better as the adventure goes on and never be able to get put

Problems There are some internal as well as external difficulties needed to change in Suffolk County Council. Nowadays, according to Doyle (2011), the competitive imperatives of market forces as well as the demands of customer have created the organizations that are less hierarchical as well as more flexible. During the change operation having the trend of paradigm shift, it is essential to make the relationship between management and leadership clear. As said by Caldwell (2003), executives as well as high level senior managers of the organisation are considered as change leaders. They are the people who imagines, initiate as well as funding for extensive strategic change or making the employees believe and empower them to operate. On the other hand, the middle level managers as well as functional experts are usually regarded as change managers because they perform the transition and build the assistance for change in the units of business as well as important functions. Quiet: Power of Introverts

...on the power of quietness and the 3/929 virtues of having a rich inner life. It dispels the myth that you have to be extroverted to be happy and successful.” —JUDITH ORLOFF, M.D., author of Emotional Freedom “In this engaging and beautifully written book, Susan Cain makes a powerful case for the wisdom of introspection. She also warns us ably about the downside to our culture’s noisiness, including all that it risks drowning out. Above the din, Susan’s own voice remains a compelling presence—thoughtful, generous, calm, and eloquent. Quiet deserves a very large readership.” —CHRISTOPHER LANE, author of Shyness: How Normal Behavior Became a Sickness 4/929 “Susan Cain’s quest to understand introversion, a beautifully wrought journey from the lab bench to the motivational speaker’s hall, offers convincing evidence for valuing substance over style, steak over sizzle, and qualities that are, in America, often derided. This book is brilliant, profound, full of feeling and brimming with insights.” —SHERI FINK, M.D., author of War Hospital “Brilliant, illuminating, empowering! Quiet gives not only a voice, but a path to homecoming for so many who’ve walked through the better part of their lives thinking the way they engage with the world is something in need of fixing.” 5/929 —JONATHAN FIELDS, author of Uncertainty:...

Our nation's food supply is now controlled by a handful of corporations that often put profit ahead of consumer health, the livelihood of the American farmer, the safety of workers and our own environment. We have bigger-breasted chickens, the perfect pork chop, insecticide-resistant soybean seeds, even tomatoes that won't go bad, but we also have new strains of e coli--the harmful bacteria that causes illness for...
