The workout of the day is a high intensity interval training(HIIT), full body workout. I love high intensity interval training (HIIT) because I can get in a great workout in less time.

HIIT workouts are an exercise strategy of alternating intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. These types of workouts can increase athletic conditioning and improve fat burning. You are basically working out for 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest/low intensity.

After 4 minutes of alternating high intensity and rest/low intensity you get to rest for 1 minute. After your rest you go to round 2 and so on. You can add as many rounds as you would like, but I would not recommend doing HIIT for more than 30 minutes.
