After 2 am in the morning Police detected a blue Chevy pick-up truck without its headlights. Police activated their lights and sirens after watching the truck and reports say that handguns were thrown out the windows by Acosta and two associates. At the stop police officer also found other weapons hidden in the backseat and between the front seats as well as numerous of scattered casings in the floor. All three individuals were arrested and booked into jail under different charges.
