Assess your wellness - The many dimensions of personal wellness overlap and work together to create an integrated system of well being. Think about the aspects of personal wellness and how they relate to you, then valuate the amount of wellness, or fulfillment, you feel you have in each area: * Emotional wellness. This pertains to how well you are aware of, accepting of and able to deal with your feelings. Relationships, stress, self-esteem and life outlook are all factors that play into emotional wellness.

* Social wellness. This aspect of personal wellness has to do with how you see your place in the world and in society, and how well you adjust to your personal role in society. * Intellectual wellness. This dimension refers to the amount of information and knowledge you take in, and the amount of creative, analytical thinking you put out. Learning, problem solving and mental productivity are important aspects of intellectual wellness.

* Spiritual wellness. Wellness plans include spiritual wellness not as a reference to religion, but rather as an indication of what you perceive to be the meaning of life and how you fit into it. Beliefs and value systems are a part of spiritual wellness.

* Mental wellness. This pertains to your mental health, and encompasses depression and anxiety, which may be either hereditary or circumstantial.

* Financial wellness. Being financially stable is an integral part of personal wellness.

* Physical wellness. This encompasses nutrition, physical fitness and the avoidance of unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking too much and doing drugs.

There are also many different kinds of groups that can use terrorism to influence others or get the results they seek. This is key in understanding the Boko Haram simply because they truly believed what they were doing was right and by doing the heinous activities they would get their point across. The groups official name is Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati wal-Jihad, which means “People Committed to the Propagation of the Prophet’s Teachings.” Boko Haram was founded in 2002 by Mohammed Yusuf. The group was taken over by Abubakar Shekau when Yusuf was killed in 2009. Boko Haram promotes a “version of Islam which makes it "haram", or forbidden, for Muslims to take part in any political or social activity associated with Western society” (BBC News). However the crowd affect the religious activity on the Masjid Raya Bandung the mosque that located exactly beside the square. The worker of DKM Masjid Raya Bandung, an organization responsible for the operational activity of the mosque, might be affected because the visitor af alun-alun started to use the mosque as other activity than prayer. Using anthropological approach, this research use interviews on the worker and participant observation to know the effect of the change happened towards the worker of the mosque. The findings show that altough there are some problems affect the routine of the worker, the worker feels a lot of more positive effect with the mosque is now having more prayer and having richer religious activity. The discourse of the worker also show that the values, beliefs, and knowledge of the worker shape their perception towards the change.
