Health and Welness

Did you know that exercising could be both be good and bad you. When you work out and get your exercise, you get many benefits. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, when you exercise you gain many benefits. The benefits you get depends on what kind of workouts you do, let’s say that you are lifting. When you are lifting weights are destroying the muscle and then the muscle rebuilds itself bigger and better. But on the other hand you want to lose some weight, so you do some cardio workouts. After a while you will begin to notice changes in your body appearance. Another reason to work out is that if you go to the gym to exercise, you have a chance to meet new people and possibly to meet new friends. In today’s society people have different aspects of working out, some people see it as a life style. While other people see it as a waste of time and that they don’t need to work out. Working out has many benefits for the body and mind. But yet people see it as a waste of time.
If you exercise you are doing your body good, there is a saying that if you take care of your body that your body will take care of you. By working out you are increasing your fitness level, but by increasing your fitness you would be able to do more things. Like you would be able to run longer distances, lift more weight, and you would be able to do more things that you haven’t be able to do before. On the other hand if you just stay home, watch TV, and just eat unhealthy food. You are eating unnecessary fats and calories. If you are not working out all the extra food you are eating is just going to turn into fat and it will be hard to lose it in the end.
Therefore let’s just focus on the aspect of not working out. Your body was not made just to lay around all day and just eat junk food and be lazy. Your body was made to move around and fight til the very end. But if you do nothing but just eat unhealthy food, you increase your chances of have heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, and over all you just increase your chances of dying. You’re just basically killing yourself very slowly. You can even get sick very easily because you’re not getting your daily vitamins and nutrients, so your body can fight off germs. Even when you get older you can have a lot of problems to, if you didn’t take care of yourself during your youth years. You might end up with some problems when you get older.
There on if you are on a good diet and you are working out every day. You are doing a good job but that’s not just half the job. The environment you’re in also affects you, if you’re around people who eat right and workout all the time. Your more tend to work out and eat right. But on the other hand if you are around people who eat unhealthy foods and they don’t work out on a regular basics. Your more tend not to eat healthy or workout. The key to success is to surround yourself around people who eat right and workout.
In the end you’re going to have the people who are healthy and like to work out. Then you have the other people who say that working out is just a waste of time and that they will gain nothing from it. If you take the effort to take care of yourself you’re going to feel better about yourself. On the other hand if you don’t take care of yourself and just don’t work out and eat unhealthy. You are going to feel bad and not care about. The choice is up to you can eat right and be healthy or you can be unhealthy and just feel bad.
