All mortals on the desolated planet of Vor lived in unison and harmony. This was unquestionably not the case for the immortal gods that inhabited this planet. The two gods Helios and Selene had both been inseparable duo ever since their birth . All life on this remote planet was created by the almighty god Zeus to be peaceful and content as the two were for nearly their entire life. The two normally bickered throughout the day as often as possible. Helios being the god of the sun, drove a chariot the he used to carry the sun across the sky every single day. Helios from time to time had his sister do his chores and even his job. Selene on the other hand was remarkably intelligent and industrious. She had the duty of driving a chariot drawn by a pair of winged steeds. The “moon” was her crown that had light reflect off of it. “Time for work”, Helios stated as he finished devouring his breakfast and went of to work.
As Helios usually did every day of the year, he trudged off to work. Due to his laziness,he would go as slow as possible to his chariot. The chariot was hauled by a quadruplet of horses, whose names were Pyrois, Aeos, Aethon and Phlegon. The 4 were some of the most robust and dedicated horses on the entire planet. “Giddy up!” Helios bellowed to his horses as they soared across the bright blue sky. Due to the unbearable heat from the smoldering sun, Helios guzzled around 4 gallons of water when he was in the sky
