|For P5 you will need to produce a report where you reflect (look back) on your personal, academic and professional development and highlight|
|key areas of learning from when you started until this point where we are now approaching the end of the course. |

|For this task you will need to use a minimum of THREE examples to illustrate how you have made links between theory and practice within your|
|learning and professional experiences throughout the course. |
|You will need to refer to your handouts and class notes on the theories of Honey & Mumford and Kolb (see your P1 notes) in order to show how|
|you have learnt, developed and progressed in a way that puts these two theories into action. |

|You may wish to use the same list of suggested sources of evidence provided in the D2 tips to help you evidence how your learning and |
|development has occurred in a way that supports either or both of these theories. |
