Introduction On the job training are part of college curriculum that aims to train and orient students about the work and their future career. OJT is very important not only to teach students their chosen career but to show students the reality about working. OJT will be your train ground. If you still have no idea on what is meant to be a worker, OJT will be give you at least 10% of career realities. Your background OJT experience is very important when applying a job. Employers often asked about the OJT experience and how it is related on the job that you are applying for.

Introduction Supervised Field Experience/ On-the-job training (OJT) is a form of training taking place in a normal working situation. On the job training are part of a college curriculum that aims to train and orient studied about the work and there future career. OJT Is very important not only to teach students their chosen career but to show students the reality about working. OJT also helps us students to familiarize ourselves with the job related equipment and gain direct experience to an approved standard. As we are supervised, our confidence level is boosted and we learn to perform jobs right. We understand the responsibilities involved in a job, how to interact with Senior Employees, how to work as a group. Training increase the ability of the employees to perform specific tasks. Training develop and improve certain phases of an individual’s attitude, discipline, behavior or knowledge to make him either more effective on his job or better qualified for his future job which the training endeavors develop.
