How can we help in preventing extra meals?

Many people eat a normal breakfast and once they are on their way to their destination they feel hungry again, so they go to the nearest fast food restaurant to refill their stomach. This habit is unhealthy for the body. In order to find out if the scientific have demonstrated a way to prevent eating a fast food meal between meals, I decided to look over recent scientific literature. This report will describe a study that I found called “Eat a protein-Rich breakfast to Reduce Food Craving”. The study was published in May 10.2011 at the Silence Daily. The study was conducted in University of Missouri by a group of scientists lead dr.leidy. The study attempted to answer the question: Does eating a high protein breakfast help decrease hunger later in the day?

Dr.leidy and his group conducted an experiment which consisted of three groups. An All the test subjects were of the same age and were subjected to similar experimental. For example they were similar in health statement and they all considered the same amount of food. The variable factor in this experiment was the food. The three groups had three different types of breakfast. The first group skipped breakfast. Second group had normal breakfast, and thread group had breakfast that is protein-rich. The experiment was for three weeks. After each people dr.leidy and team take blood samples from each group, and the next step was to put them in the MRI machine. This machine will help Dr.leidy and his team to know how the three different breakfasts affected the reward section in the brain. This section sends massages to the body that it is satisfied and not hungry. Dr.leidy and his team wanted to know which of these meals would produce the most satisfaction. After all the data for three weeks experiment were collected and analyzed by the team. They found that group who
