Course Project Proposal: The Successful Integration of Outsourced Employees With Permanent Employees: How Does it Drive Company Business In today’s society companies are fighting to keep their competitive edge. One of the main problems they are experiencing is how to hire the right people and keep the cost to the company down. A common solution to this problem is merging your most valuable resources……….your employees. With companies experiencing high turnover with little financial resources, it is sometimes beneficial to outsource your staff. When companies outsource staff, they save money in areas such as health benefits, training, and salary. In fact, depending on the industry, often time the outsourced employee will be familiar with the industry and may need little to know training. Furthermore, the outsourced employees tend to be just as focused because they look at work as a means to end; therefore they come in and satisfy the job requirements without some of those outside influences. When permanent and temp employees work together, it helps to drive the success of the organization. The permanent employees get the desired help they need therefore relieving some of the stressors they may have been experiencing in their current position. Plus, permanent staff members can get the much needed breaks they deserve by bringing in competent individuals to perform certain task in their absence. In conclusion, I feel if temporary and permanent employees are successful integrated it would only improve the company’s overall drive. Sometimes it’s hard for companies to satisfy all of it’s need, but a great place to start is usually by hiring the right people. At my company we recently implemented this staffing plan, and it is working out great. Prior to this implementation we found ourselves short of qualified staff until we implemented this process. The best part of this new staffing process is no one from the outside can tell the difference, and business has increased over the past 3 mths by 15 percent. I think with the right innovative ideas for staffing solutions the company can only excel from here.
