Some examples of human capital management are skills, abilities and behaviors. It also includes critical thinking abilities by employees, providing problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities. The biggest intrinsic value of human capital is the ability to take a company who is functioning poorly and move it into a company who is in a place that can continually improve. Consider the possibility that this version of Flight 93's journey were inaccurate. Imagine that the United States military had shot down Flight 93 rather than the passengers ultimately forcing the aircraft off of its intended path. Would the intentional sacrifice of American lives be acceptable considering a higher number of American lives may have been saved? The possibility of our own military intentionally taking the lives of innocent Americans is a horrific notion but, so is the thought of our military standing idly by while a large number of American lives are taken by terrorists. I feel that most moral dilemmas should be solved consequentially and also that this theory is exemplified in the case of Flight 93. It goes without saying killing innocent people is wrong. ...The New York State Capitol Building is interesting because it doesn’t have a golden dome like that of most capitol buildings, but instead is a big castle reminding me of the Chateau Frontniac in Quebec City, Canada. It wasn’t all that smart of a decision to meet there because when I got to the street that the Capitol is on I could see the huge crowds mobbing the surrounding blocks. Also, the extremely large screens that were installed on the outside of the buildings quite recently were showing the News and it was saying that New York had declared a State of Emergency.
