Executive Summary:
This research paper outlines the challenges faced at Al Jawaher Reception & Converntion Centre (referred to as JRCC from now on). This research seeks to identify the Human Resource related problems that this company faces and suggests solutions for them in the present and t avoid them in the future. The solutions suggested will help eliminate most of the problems, if not all and will help the organization achieve employee satisfaction as well as encourage them to stay in the company.

This research also includes a SWOT analysis that will help identify the strengths that the company needs to reinforce , the weaknesses that the company needs to work on and the threats and opportunities that the company faces and can possibly use for its future benefits.

This study uses fictitious names to protect the company and its employees and the reputation in general. The problems discussed are not though and are being currently faced and the suggestions provided are under study by the company itself.

To meet the above-mentioned challenges, the surveyed organizations foresee the need for training, learning best practices and using HR measures. Most organizations are committed to staff development and view training as an investment rather than a cost.
