Executive Summary
The assignment involves the four year analysis of two companies i.e. the Parmalat Group and the Agthia Group. The former is an Italian food & beverage company specialising in the production of dairy products. The latter is a UAE based company and is responsible for products such as Capri Sun, Al Ain Mineral Water etc. The report ahead will deal with ratio analysis of the both companies and will also look into the performance of the companies and provide a recommendation to investors with regards to the shareholdings in each company.

Agthia Group

Founded in 2004, Agthia Group is an Abu Dhabi based food and beverage company. It is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and its exchange symbol is ‘’Agthia’’.
