Mother was not prepared for her shoe shopping trip with her daughter to be their last. 2-year-old Ifrah Siddique was shopping with her mother at Payless when she was killed by a falling mirror. The devastating incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the metro Atlanta area, along Highway 85 (KTLA,2018).
Ifrah’s mother was trying on shoes when the 6 ft mirror that was inches from ifrah fell on her leaving her with severe injuries. The mother said that the mirror was so heavy that it took at least two people to pull it off her. The family also believed the mirror was not properly secured. Employees next door said that the mirror was so loud they heard a loud boom when it fell, and then screaming.
She was rushed to the hospital, where she passed shortly
