After analyzing the both organization and relating their data to the three criteria discussed, the IMAN Clinic deserves the donation. Overall the IMAN Clinic’s budgeting skills seemed to be more solid since they did not spend more than their revenue. The IMAN Clinic’s financial transparency was impressive, however it was difficult to differentiate the fundraising income. They made up for this downfall by providing an explanation of the allocation of funds to their three most important programs and by listing more of their key members than the UMMA Clinic. The last deciding factor was being able to effectively budget and end the fiscal year with a positive net income.
