Communication is a way of exchanging thoughts between the two people or group of people.
Commutations are of different types but written communication has its own importance in both personal and professional life. Through written communication we can easily understand other's party's verdict .Written communication can never be denied once its documented. For a healthy competition in the market, its very important to compare one's company data on customer's satisfaction with its fellow competitors by conducting different surveys on customer's demands. Customers rely more on written verdict than communicated verbally .And for this, with the advancement of technology, emails play a pivotal role in business so its very important to respond to the emails of customers instantly. By keeping the record of the customer's past experience, a company can bring positive changes in their future projects. Customer's feedback should be responded within the time frame via email, fax or letter etc. Customer satisfaction via written communication is of utmost importance to any organization involved in any kind of business in an industry related to direct customer sales and service. Written communication is very essential for the organization in order to convey the company policies and procedures linked to customers in everyday operations of the company. Well written and ethical communication helps the company in boosting its business and helps to know the customer's psyche, behavior and trends towards its day-to-day operations for e.g. sales and distribution. It is of much importance that written communication which is being held between the organization and customers is free of spelling flaws and grammar mistakes.
