Importance of Talent
In this world, all people wish to get success in their life to fulfill their needs. There are solutions to obtain success in life; some people working hard to be successful, while others are have naturally talent on their field. In this essay, I would like to talk about importance of talent. There are mainly three reasons why talent is more important than hard work are: Success is easy, love their work and not have to do hard work to get success.
The first reason for why talent is important is, person who gets talent in their gene from parents they don’t have to do struggle on their field to get chance on their field instead of that people wants them. For example, the Bollywood actor the late Raj Kapoor and their family has gene of acting talent in their blood. After his death his son was also did great job in acting field. In recent time his granddaughter and grandson are most amazing actors in Bollywood. So, I think talent is more important for success or in other words talent is a key of success.
The second reason for why talent is more important is, person who has a talent in their work they mostly love their work because they know they will get success in their field and success improves their confidence. For example if you are confident about your work then other will support you but when you don’t believe in your ability then how can you accept from others. In our reading also saying that people’s discouraged because of failure and sit back because of lack of confidence. So, people with talent are confident for their ability and love their work. TALENT
The third important reason is talented person don’t have to work hard for success. I believe that they also have to do practice to improve their talent but not hard as beginner. For example, British soccer culture believes that star soccer players are born not made. It simply means that for being successful in your field you need talent. I believe that talent is an inner ability that is a specialized potential person for can get success in life. Generally, person who has talent will get easy to learn anything, and it can make people to get goal that wants. On the other hand, some people believe that one of the key to get success is hard work. They believe that someone who works hard will definitely get a lot of experiences and skill of the spirit which is people can get better job. But I think talent can give you a good job but it will not help you to get a top of your field. To get at the top you must need a talent.
In conclusion, talent and hard work together can get any person to success, but talent can lead you to success and that success can be more durable because of practice. So, I think talent is more important than hard work to get success, because people who do hard work not always can be accepted in their field and people who have talent should also do practice to show their talent.
