Objectives

To understand why consumers prefer coffee shops chains, who are consumers of such coffee chains, their coffee consuming habits, which coffee chains are they prefer, why they prefer these coffee chains. Also in research we will try to explore and analyze what do they like in design, what are their experiences with the coffee stores so far, what are they seeking for from a company, what are their suggestions.

I work full time but It is kind of more than a full time because usually I work 7 days of the week without day-off. I work as a sales specialist in Volkswagen department store for 5 years.

Actually ıt depends on my motivation and performance. Because I sell more cars when I feel happy and motivated. The most important thing in our job is to be able to create a good relationship with customers. Now I can share my income with you It is about 2000-2500 TL if I can not sell any cars. But ıf I am lucky It goes up

In the morning it is really difficult to wake up for me that is the reason I love espresso Before coming to the work I always have an double espresso and go to work. Then after the lunch we go to Starbucks store which is close to our work to chat a little bit with friends. With that way we rest our tiredness.

* Why do you prefer Starbucks’ chain of coffee shops more than others?
Because When I visit other coffee shops such as Caribou Coffee, Gloria Jeans, Kahve Dünyası I don’t feel that they represent coffee culture.
