Influences within Public Programs Paper
Introduction
There is a growing epidemic of domestic violence for women and their spouses or significant others that have been a debated issue for decades, one out of every ten women are reporting domestic violence incidents, from urban decay communities across the nation yearly. The minimalist versus maximalist theory’s has been the primary discussion for victimization in criminology where one perspective decides to look at more variations for the violence, and the other takes the crimes to the necessary degree to provide of government legislatures (NCVC, 2010). With today’s society modernized through time, Americans understand the existing problems of sexual exploitation and violence that is an ineluctable dilemma in society. The cases of domestic violence increase to more than fifty thousand lives which are from violent episode reports. Many victims are in urban communities that have subsidized housing that endure the abuse of their significant other to avoid being evicted if the landlord is alerted of any disturbances involving the tenant. This is a requirement of the public housing assistance program that women receive with low income called Section 8. These women fear reporting the violence against them because there are not many places to go, so they stay and, endure the domestic violence. For the women who do have the strength and courage to report these crimes they are forced to search for refuge in local homeless shelters for temporary shelter (NCVC, 2010). These sexual assault and domestic disturbances for urban communities increased by twenty five percent, and there needs to be newly adopted ways to assists these individuals and families. The organizations that specialize in domestic violence and exploitation has counselors who dedicate their time in taking the role and responsibilities of helping protect victims and help restore hope for current victims. The psychological perspective of helping these victims are given when these victims come forth with issues in their lives, and provide support for them and their families for counseling and intervention. Most cases are not addressed to do the unawareness of local and state programming, which result in the crime going unpunished. From a different perspective, the factors associate with those of poverty status, and no support (HHS, 2010). Environments become hostile due to lack of small businesses in the communities who are afraid of being victims of burglary, and serving the neighborhood gang affiliation essence. Community centers are graffiti on, and the places are almost impossible for counselors and workers to work in with these victims. The victims endure psychological and mental distress when their environment is in this state, and their self-worthiness diminishes. This PEACE organization is zealous in helping victims and their families who suffer from their environments and their situations. The data in each case is collected for research and pertinent guidance, ways to improve their health, coping cognitive perspectives, new skills, strategies, assistance with building family dynamic bonds; however the primary focus is how to avoid violence (HHS, 2008). When one wants to construct a human service organization, there will need to be data collected from various programs with initial management planning, objectives for factors that surround the project and planning to ultimately reach the goal of building this system for an effective organization that is attributed by many stages such as: Phase I: Categorized documentation of instructions for the project Law enforcement cases of any domestic violence statistics for the region, the targeted culture or ethnicity, age group, and complaint numbers for issue (HHS, 2008). Phase II: Participant forms of quantitative research data for the project to commence. Phase III: Gather information for the victims who participated in the study along with any feedback to determine a cause or consistency. Phase IV: A succession of ethnographic research of occurrences that will need to be used in future projects that aim to qualitative data research taken in long term perspectives to provide the effectiveness of the programs. Phase V: Logs of all activity, pertinent documents, meetings, project proposals for the quantitative data analysis for its demographic approach. Additionally, the retrieval in the evaluation team, they will address the damage peace, the internal perspective of a clinician practitioner, and a psychological expert. The PEACE of Domestic Violence agency ensures the privacy of the information given by the participants in the study, and the project manager stores all the information on files only for the evaluation team to view. There are legal avenues that need complying with along with standards and procedures that the state requires. The national foundation of the budget report contains the monthly expenses are seven thousand dollars that will compensate temporary employees of one senior executive manager and six employees, office supplies, and victim resources. There will be a forty percent grant to benefit the organization of the Investor Program covering an annual seventy one thousand dollars. In regard to the need supporting the finances and the calamitous, the agency needs the National Foundation for its organization funding. The agency will aid each possible avenue that supports the objective and promotes safety for domestic violence victims and their families. There will be less occurrences of violence with the implements of positive education, and preventative training. PEACE agency organization will continue with an investment for the program, by funding given by outside companies for the sustainable program that will cover three years and approximately one hundred twenty five thousand dollars per year. The PEACE organization proposes the grant to cover the costs of administration, servicing, and population parameters. The funding for the construction and infrastructure of the organization resources include; wage compensation, operating costs, legal assistance, and transportation (HHS, 2010). The PEACE Domestic Violence Agency engineering operational model includes project planning perspectives, vendors, objectives influenced by outside sources, community input, and project plan activity: In reviewing the project aspects and review, the capacity testing will be underway. Science along with data research gathered with the challenges and benefits can all derive to a positive proposal for so various diverse perspectives can be reached of solutions (HHS, 2008). This mission’s direction for the result is to primarily focus on the process and its output aspects. It is evident that problems are resolved to the best of preparing the model given allows, and the services influenced. The data research analysis is formed from shareholder investing, case studies, questionnaire surveys, and focus grouping participants. The notification of the training is consisting of throughout the analysis results over a time period. Bi-annual reporting must provide the investigation documents, implements, changing, and show a final overview of the increase of the project. In reviewing the success of the program, many distress signs can be caught early without a problem arising to fix. The variables of the domestic violence and sexual assault victims will provide the adequate setting for business expansion. In this proposal the objectives for this evaluation are as follows (Hopkins, G, W, 2000). A) The program effectiveness and its measurement B) Coordinate a statistic report of evaluating participants C) Impact the adjudication of the quantity and quality of the listed program that target the cultural population. D) To create awareness of the sexual violence associations and domestic violence of how it has evolved, along with workshops for the victims to attend. E) Assessment testing through qualitative research methods for the projects achievements (Hopkins, G, W, 2000). Conclusion This entire analysis is a reflection of the vision and mission of research, with positive elements that attribute to the competency of the needs of society for the cost-effective project. This proposal for the program is a strategic plan for success implemented with programs and activities of a similar goal. The programming agents detail of the analysis and are sustainable evaluations for the analysis to succeed. The PEACE Domestic Violence Agency will strive after peace and harmony for respect of its clients, staff, and the cause.
