Installing the Lotus Notes Traveler Clients You must have a Mail account setup on Greenhouse before you can use Traveler. Follow these steps if you have not previously created a Mail account: 1. Logon to the Greenhouse website (https://greenhouse.lotus.com) 2. From the black navigation bar at the top of the screen select MyAccount 3. Push the green button that says "Create My email account" The Lotus Notes Traveler server on Greenhouse comes pre-loaded with the Android, Windows Mobile and Nokia S60 and Symbian^3 clients which are accessible via the Lotus Notes Traveler User Home Page. There is no Lotus Notes Traveler client to install on the Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) but rather a Traveler account profile is created and configured on the iOS device so you can then connect to the Lotus Notes Traveler server and start syncing your data. Follow the setup instructions below for your particular device. If you wish, you may have more than one device configured to use your Greenhouse account. Steps for Android 1. From the device, use the default web browser to browse to the Greenhouse Lotus Notes Traveler User Home Page (https://traveler.lotus.com/). 2. When prompted, enter your Greenhouse User name and password(the same id and password you use when logging on to Greenhouse via the web). 3. Press Configure your Android. This should automatically start the file transfer of the installation file 4. When the installation is complete, select Open to start the configuration wizard. 5. Verify that the server name (traveler.lotus.com) is present in the server name field. 6. Verify that your Greenhouse User ID (the same id you use when logging on to Greenhouse via the web) is present in the User ID field. 7. Enter your Greenhouse password 8. Select the application you want to sync, and whether you would like to store the data using internal device storage or the SD card. 9. Steps for Apple account creation 1. Direct the Safari browser to your Lotus Notes Traveler User Home Page (https://traveler.lotus.com). to your device. You may need to open the Android notifications view from the Android home screen to see the status of the file download.

2. A User Status section at the top of the home page shows the status of the user and any of the user's devices. Make sure that there are no error messages, which would be highlighted in red, in this section. If errors exist, they will need to be addressed before synchronization will be successful. 3. Select Configure your Apple device. 4. Verify that the Logon Name is your Greenhouse login id (the same id you use when logging on to Greenhouse via the web) 5. Verify that the Mail Address is set to your Greenhouse mail address (e.g., xyz@greenhouse.lotus.com). 6. Select Generate. 7. Select Install to begin the profile installation process. 8. When prompted about the authenticity of the profile, select Install Now to continue to install the profile. 9. When prompted, enter your Greenhouse account password and select Next. 10. The IBM Lotus Installer will attempt a connection to the Traveler server and download Lotus Traveler 12. When the download is complete, you will be asked if you want to install IBM Lotus Notes Traveler. Choose Yes. 13. Press Ok when asked to continue the installation. 14. Once IBM Lotus Notes Traveler has been installed it will register with the Traveler server and the Configuration Wizard will start. 15. Choose which applications you want to synchronize to the device. 16. Press Next 17.When configuration is complete press Finish, the initial sync will start in a few seconds. Select Download Lotus Mobile Installer and Open the file 4. Once the installation is complete the Lotus Mobile Installer starts 5. Install the Lotus Notes Traveler client using Lotus Mobile Installer, which will run automatically if just installed. 6. Press Ok if you agree with the terms of the license agreement.
