Pakistan is facing worst energy crisis from last 10 years. Due to limited resources for generating power and bad economy we are not able to overcome this problem. As a part of long-term plan for sustainable energy use, it is important that we should learn to conserve energy and use it wisely. The energy demand of our country had grown at an annual consumption growth rate of 4.8% in the past five years but now it is expected to grow at 8 to 10% till the end of current decade.

Home automation is an emerging technology and also a need of today. From the last decade a number of standards have been defined for home appliances.
The aim of our study is to designed & implement algorithm which help any user to optimize their electricity consumption. The intelligent controller, able to expand its knowledge base during time by learning from specific user actions and ensure making optimal decisions in overall consumption management. This system provides a high degree of adaptability to different types of users in terms of ways to access the application (smart phones, web browser), the interaction with the individual devices and independency from various types and configurations of devices

Artificial Intelligence is evolving as a technology for developing automatic systems that can perceive the environment, learn from environment, and can make decision using case based reasoning. Using Vision capability, knowledge based, learn ability, decision making and reasoning the AI provides a better solution for almost all automatic systems

Load balancing is possible when people minimize heavy consumption of electricity during peak hour time.
