PER REPORTER: The family is living everywhere. Jalea stays where she can or with the aunt. The mother and children are not in a stable place. The aunt is not able to care for the children because she has two daughters and one of them has a baby. Per reporter, mom is on drugs and she is immature as can be. Mom uses weed and pops pills. They say she do everything but the reporter's concern is a social worker needs to go to the school because Jalea stays fighting, in trouble, suspended, on social media cursing, and posting a gun.
