My business is called JavaNet. JavaNet is unlike any typical café it provides a unique forum for communication and entertainment through the medium of the internet. JavaNet is the answer to increase demand such as access to the method of communication and volume of information now available on the internet. The access is a cost you can afford in such a way that they aren't socially, economically or politically isolated. JavaNet goal is to provide the community with a social, educational, entertaining atmosphere for world-wide communication. JavaNet is a LLC corporation privately held Oregon Limited Liability Corporation. Cale Bruckner is the founder followed by Luke Walsh, Doug Wilson, and John Underwood. The target market strategy is that it intends to cater to people who want a guided tour on their first spin around the internet and to experienced users eager to indulge their passion for computers in a social setting. The needs are factors such as current trends, addiction and historic sale data to ensure that the high demand for coffee will remain constant over the next five years. The online service provider market is sure to experience tremendous growth. JavaNet customers can be divided. One they have to be familiar with the internet and it is also an inviting atmosphere to get out of the house to enjoy internet and a cup of coffee. Next they are not familiar but are waiting for the right opportunity to enter the online community. JavaNet targets anywhere from 18 to 50. JavaNets objective over the next three years is educating the community on what the internet has to offer. Good coffee and bakery items at a reasonable price. First I was very impressed by the structure of their business plan and the information that was in it. The fact they did their own analysis told me there was much research done prior to doing their business plan. The challenge I then took on was to compare my analysis to theirs to see if I could find any discrepancies or improvements with their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
