To help students meet rigorous course standards in academic and career/technical classrooms, each teacher must establish and maintain a learning environment that supports and motivates students to do their personal best. Classroom management is so much more than a set of appropriate rules and consequences. There is a skill set of strategies that teachers and principals can use to create focused and productive classrooms that help students achieve higher levels of performance.
The physical appearance and strategic location of furnishings, materials and equipment do make a difference in classroom management, student productivity and teacher effectiveness. The worst arrangement is the traditional “teacher desk up front facing rows of student desks” model. The classrooms though are new but lake in many facilities like a multimedia projector that’s a necessary part of the lectures because u cant deliver something to srudents unless its visualized. Seating arrangements should me made such that it enable’s occupants to see the faces of the people speaking are judged more pleasant by teachers and students.
What keeps teaching largely stable are teaching traditions dating back centuries that are reinforced by those who enter and stay in teaching, supported by popular social beliefs, and fortified by the age-graded school structure. But unfortunately here neither the teachers are stable nor the classrooms, its almost 2nd week and we haven’t seen our statistic teacher .
There are two different types of aggression, verbal and non-verbal. Verbal aggression do exists in our class as there isn’t any check on the class behavior , this greatly effects the class environment , degrades the courage . Rules and procedures must
