Ques.-Describe ADS(Aligned Documentation System) & what are its objectives?
Ans.-Under Aligned Documentation System, different forms used in the International trade transaction are printed on the paper of the same size and in such way that the common items of information are given the same relative slots in each of the documents.
With the effect from 1.10.1991, the new standardized documents came into effect. This is referred to as The Aligned Documentation System based on the U.N. layout key. The documents are aligned in such a manner that the common items of information are given in the same relative slots. This system also helps to prepare one" Master Documents" embodying information common to all documents, and xerox all the aligned documents by suitable and reproduction techniques.
Accordingly the standardized documents for Indian exports are
· Invoice
· Exchange Control Declaration (GR) Form
· Shipping Bill (Dock challan\ Duty Draw back and Port Trust Copy)
· Bill of Lading
Aligned DocumentationSystem is based on the U.N. layout key. Deriving national document subsets from the UN Layout Key rules simplifies trade documentation on an international scale, bringing considerable benefits to traders

Objectives- * To simplify, rationalize and prioritize information. * To provide benefits to every party associated with international trade chain from easier documentation. * Aligned documents simplify document checking and training new staff. * Common information, required to be incorporated in all the relative documents, is entered in the slots at the same locations.

...Globalization and its impact on Indian Economy: Developments and Challenges Globalization (or globalization) describes a process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a global network of communication, transportation, and trade. The term is sometimes used to refer specifically to economic globalization: the integration of national economies into the international economy through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, and the spread of technology. Globalization as a spatial integration in the sphere of social relations when he said “Globalization can be defined as the intensification of worldwide social relations which link distant locations in such a way that local happenings are shaped by events occurring many miles away and vice – versa.” Globalization generally means integrating economy of our nation with the world economy. The economic changes initiated have had a dramatic effect on the overall growth of the economy. It also heralded the integration of the Indian economy into the global economy. The Indian economy was in major crisis in 1991 when foreign currency reserves went down to $1 billion. Globalization had its impact on various sectors including Agricultural, Industrial, Financial, Health sector and many others. It was only after the LPG policy i.e. Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization launched by the then Finance Minister Man Mohan Singh that India saw its development in various sectors...

...Volume 10 Number 6 June 4, 2007 Black Intellectual Genocide: An Essay Review of IQ and the Wealth of Nations Girma Berhanu Göteborg University Sweden Lynn, Richard & Vanhanen, Tatu. (2002). IQ and the Wealth of Nations. Westport, CT: Praeger. Citation: Berhanu, Girma. (2007). Black intellectual genocide: An essay review of IQ and the Wealth of Nations. Education Review, 10(6). Retrieved [date] from http://edrev.asu.edu/essays/v10n6index.html. Abstract I review the book IQ and the Wealth of Nations, written by Richard Lynn and Tatu Vanhanen. I critique the authors’ major assertion that a significant part of the gap between rich and poor countries is due to differences in national intelligence. The authors claim that they have evidence that differences in national IQ account for substantial variation in per capita income and growth of a nation. This essay review debunks their assumptions that intellectual and income differences between nations stem from genetic differences. This critique provides an extended review of the research literature that argues against these assumptions and presents a different picture from that presented by Lynn and Vanhanen about the concept of intelligence, what IQ measures and does not measure. The essay exposes the racist, sexist, and antihuman nature of the research tradition in which the authors anchored their studies and the deep methodological flaws and theoretical assumptions that appear in their book. The low standards of scholarship...

The concept of global warming means the average degree have been growing up from the gree house affect. Although there are many kind of reasons cause global warming, I think the main problems are less educational system and lack of international cooperation. How in some countries, for example, in China, the air pollution has become a really serious problem. In Beijing, people have to always wear mask while they are hanging out. The industries in China discharge polluted water without filtration because some people in China have been taught what environmental awareness is while they are studying in school. the New York-based Natural Resources Defense Council estimated that "in 2012, coal burning led to 670,000 premature deaths in China from diseases...
