Summary: On January 15, 1974 the 4 out of 5 of the Otero Family was found Bound, tortured, and murdered in their tiny neighborhood home. They were the family members who happened to be home when he invaded their home at gunpoint. Rader ordered everyone into a bedroom where he tied them up.
