Our management team held a meeting for discuss about future of KGV on 03rd of October 2013, and we took important diction as follows,
• The First stage closure of all unprofitable small stores
• The all megastores continue as before.
• The Start an online shopping store.
•The outsourcing of the advertising and marketing department.
• Introduce of new products for both online and stores.
•The risks of involved with all the new dissections.

The closure of unprofitable small stores
According to the data of the our finance department, which are the most unprofitable three stores going to sell and get the money from them and invest to the new online business. Also remain stores going to close after first step.
The all megastores continue as before
Based on finance department account we can see all mega stores has improved Comair with last three years, therefore we need to keep them as an our future.
The Start an online shopping store
According to the KGV Marketing department it says more than 70% of last five years musical instrument sold by the internet, also 65% of consumers less than 30 years used internet for shopping. Therefore we decided to sell more than 50 % of our product via internet
The outsourcing of the marketing department
Also we made a decision regarding KGV’s marketing department for outsource, because of main expense of KGV is for marketing and didn’t achieve good result for what they spend. Also this is very important role to start new online business.
Introduce of new products for both online and stores.
KGV Management took a another very important decision to increase their profit introducing lack of new product like computer games, modern music, discount system for purchases.
