I am the CEO of McDonald. It is a restaurant that provides food to the people. I would take following decisions: 1. Cost- Make it Cheap:
In today’s world where customers wants more in less price along with high quality. So for this I use modern methods of reducing the cost of my product (COCA-COLA) with cost leadership strategy, the main aim is for the company to produce its products at the lowest cost. By trying to minimize the cost of production, it can sell at low price in the market. As long as the achieved selling price can be equal or close to the market price 2. Product Quality and Reliability- Make it Good:

The global nature of our business requires that the Coca-Cola has the highest standards and processes for ensuring consistent product quality and reliability. So for this I will first check the demand of the customers then make the product accordingly. I will set some standards on which the product tends to gain competitive advantage. Consistency and reliability are critical to our product quality and to meeting global regulatory requirements and Company standards. 3. Delivery Speed – Make it Fast
Product delivery on time is very important to gain competitive advantage, as customer don’t want to wait for long time so I use my own trucks for delivery purpose, that delivers according to the need of the customers 4. Delivery Reliability – Deliver it when promised:
Delivery reliability is also very important to attract the customers, as for my company if there is any mishap take place the company will change the product with the new one. Because for my company I delivered the product on time to the customers on the date on which I promised to them.

5. Coping with a change in demand – Change its Volume:
I will change the volume of my demand by advertisement and promotions. On the other hand I will increase
