In today's society fast food needs no introduction. Everyone from children to the elderly seem to be enjoying it every chance they get. And why not? It is convenient, delicious, and inexpensive. It has become a trend in our society. It is made part of everyday meals. But there is a black side of fast food also, which some peoples are not aware. Fast food is the worst enemy of human health. Fast food is not always the way to go, it can be the cause of obesity, heart disease, and is costly also. Fast food is extremely unhealthy. It contents lots of unhealthy ingredient such as high contents in sodium, salt and sugary can cause of diabetes, obesity, blood pressure and much more. Most dangerous affect of eating is obesity. When we buy McDonald meal of double cheeseburger and fries it contains one thousand calories in it and we need two thousand calories per day, which means we already consumes half day calories in half day in one meal, when we eat more than the required food then we gain weight, gaining weight starts with childhood. Children are addicted the fast food, because in morning breakfast, something out of freezer, because the parents do not have the time to cook. School has vending machine with full of candy, soda, and other junk food, such cookies, etc. when they come back from school, parents has pre-cook food sitting in freezers or others fast food. A typical children day is on PC and TV on top of this they eat junk food. How can be someone healthy after all this activity? Eating too much junk and fast food and drinking as much soft drinks is not good food health, it makes on obese gradually, which is dangerous too as one cannot identify that they are getting fat, and till that time they realize that have already become a part of obesity. Obesity is not the only one, because of being obese result more fatty tissue which slows down the flow of blood causing more pressure on arteries. Due to more deposit in our arteries of brain may get blocked and single of clot can prove to be dangerous to result of a stork. When we eat too much junk it causes the increase the cholesterols. Cholesterols are main reasons of obesity and diabetes in a body, because it stops sugar to enter into the cells, when sugar remains in blood and cause diabetes. heart diseases are also cause of obesity, because it ingress the level of fat a blood, the presents of fat in blood is dangerous because it narrow the arteries which reduce the blood flow and the chance of heart attack increase it can be reason of death also. Another reason of not to eat the fast food, because it costly, if we take stop at a fast food restaurant the cost of a meal anywhere between five to ten dollars, which equal to thirty dollars a day after three meal, which is way expense than home cooked meal. Homemade food is more delicious, fresh, and full of healthy ingredients for explana it takes five dollars for one serving a salad, if you buy it out. However, but little bit lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers will not cost five dollars. When we cook food at home we spend a time with family also, and the food is full of healthy nutrients and love. Which gives you good feeling. Sometime fast food is not good choice for vegetarian people; because some restaurants are use same oil for fries and meat. Sometime the employees are so careless and they give you wrong order which contains meat in it. Yes it happened, It happened with me. I was in taco bell and order a soft taco without meat. I got my order and came back my home. When I started to eat I saw something black in it. My husband was there also .I asked him, “what the heck is this”. He tasted it and told that was beef. I was so shocked that how can somebody do that. So always double check what you ordered then eat. For working in fast food we don’t need any diploma or degree. Anyone can easily get a job in fast food restaurants. They don’t have enough knowledge of how to prepare food. Some employees just warm the food instead of cook it. Which is not healthy? Some people think that fast food is convenient and healthy. Because when someone don’t have time to cook food they just want to grab from outside. Subway is good choice for that, because subway is healthy and delicious. But other than that like McDonald, Wendy’s they really have plenty of disgusting food to eat. Hopefully after all this facts you would understand that why it is not just unhealthy but something so terrible, so disgusting that you are eating nothing at all just “junk”. (Stossel, 2009).It cause of horrible disease like diabetes, obesity, heart strokes and much more. Fast food is extra expense for, which you can cut down and save some money. One more thing, Some people are not aware of cleanness, ingredients, and some unskilled employees. I understand It is tempting to eat fast food every once in awhile, but too much junk is just simply bad for your health.
