SELF ANALYSIS
According to scientist people’s perception is based on their perception of what is reality, not on reality itself, therefore there are two reality in this world. The first reality is the reality based on what we believe it to be and the second is the reality which is reality in its sense. We are bounded by these realities and conflicts arise when we confuse them or try to see only one world. Our rationality is often dependent on the reality we see which makes us act in a certain way.
If I would correlate myself to a chess piece, I would like to be the queen. The queen is far more powerful than the king in terms of abilities but she chooses to stay as a support rather than be the king
I remembered one of my teachers in high school. We were having a class when the secretary of the principal came and have him signed the memo rotating around the faculty during that day. So as my teacher went to his desk to get a pen the secretary came in and while coming in she slipped. It was kind of embarrassing since we were there, a whole class of students, who saw her. My teacher exclaimed “Hala” and smiled. The class on the other hand was schocked not only to the event but also to the comment our teacher had. Most of us were saying “Sir grabe ka naman ang sama mo. Di mo naman lang tinulungon.” And others were laughing. However, our teacher said that a person’s kindness is not measured just by the fact that he did not help a person who fell.
Reversing the saying “ a good follower is a good leader”. A member has the most important role and existence for me because if there are no members then there can be no organization and much more a leader. The leader’s power exists because the members of the group give him this power and honor it. In my opinion being a member is a good opportunity to learn from others ability as a leader and the real abilities of the member. As a member I would often stick to the instructions that the leader has made and follow these. As much as possible I try not to create anything that would hinder the betterment of the group and I may not be a good contributor of ideas but I attempt to at least make an effort to contribute on something.
My definition, probably the same as you and all the other billion of people in this world, is based on how I am reflected in other people’s eyes. People perceive me as a good-natured person because I greeted them on their birthdays or I gave them a piece of my cake and people see me as a pure person because of how I dress or how I react to their indecent jokes. These are some attributions that people define me as based on the small knowledge they have on me. However these biases that people have on me are only based on their selective, halo or contrast biases which is often misleading. However this is how I define myself.

In making decisions, upholding what is right and equal is my biggest concern. However human as we are, we often bend to the different views of people especially when the decision we make reflects who we are as a person.
