I think that to work in an IT industry you must be able to communicate with other people and when you are on the spot you are able to make good work in a matter of time. You need to be able to do the jobs in your own time for example; if you need to do something then they should do it at home. The people should be able to present stuff to they workmates because in IT communication is key. A Job like computer games Developer needs a lot of departments to communicate to each other e.g. Sound department needs to communicate to know what type of music they need to make for the game. A sales person would need to keep with the technology so that he can put his stuff on the site. The attitude of an employer is good and he must be self-motivated. The common attribute is been able to adapt and can work on different tasks.

• Team-working skills

• An appreciation of the bigger business picture, not just its IT requirements
