Once we saw the red brick, the idea that automatic will come out from our mind is the Malacca state. Malacca is the state of Malaysia. Reason why the idea wills come out from our mind is because of the red building. In the history of Malacca state, the red building is the oldest building that retains by the Dutch and now already become the museum of Malacca. The red building can be called as red house due of the red bricks. Due of the popular of the red house, we were decide the concept of our resort is the second of Malacca. The target markets that we will target are according the demographic, age and others relevant considerations. Finally, we were identifying those travelers, baby boomer/senior citizen, middle income bracket, business man …show more content…
Traveler is the first target market that we want to target. It is because our resort’s concept is the second Malacca, to attract guest to increase our sale, our resort will emphasize the “red brick/red house” this point. Traveler can through our resort to understand the history of Malacca while them staying in our resort. Besides that, people are very emphasizes their lifestyle now than before. Due of this point, our resort can have this resource line that from local or even from oversea. Moreover, our resort is located in Genting Kelang this area, this is another point that to attract traveler to check in. Our resort target this target market can be divided to two groups which is local traveler and international traveler/backpacker. For the local traveler, they might be stay in our resort due of few reasons such as want to spend some time to get relaxing, do not have much time or money to have a trip with friend, colleagues and so on.
