An evaluation was performed for Ashley France. This evaluation is divided into three different sections. In the first section, Ashley was evaluated on her personality attributes. The second section she was evaluated on the behaviors (the good, the bad, and the ugly) that she engaged in. Finally, she was evaluated on her attitude.
The first section of the evaluation is for personal attributes. Ashley has demonstrated several attributes during the evaluation period. Ashley is a very conscientious person. She has always been dependable and hardworking. Ashley is an honest individual. Being honest is an attribute that all employees should demonstrate no matter what the consequences are. She is also a very caring individual. She is always willing to extend a helping hand to others when they need one. She would even take time out of her day to make sure that they understand. Another attribute that Ashley possesses is she is self-taught. Many times Ashley was given a task, with very little instructions, and was able to complete the task in a timely manner. She is a very fast learner. She only needs to be taught something one time, and she picks right up on the material.
The second section of the evaluation is the behaviors that Ashley demonstrated during the evaluation period. Ashley is very accountable. She accepts responsibility for her own actions and decisions and demonstrates commitment to accomplish work in an ethical, efficient, and cost-effective manner. She managed her time effectively to meet deadlines and achieved all goals she set for herself at the beginning of the period. Ashley is team focused. She works cooperatively with others to achieve the goals of the team as a whole. For example, when Ashley would complete all of her work, she would always lend a helping hand to other to make sure that all team deadlines were going to be met on time. She also made sure that everyone on her team knew what they were doing, and if they did not, she was there to explain things in an understandable way. She was always willing to express confidence in her fellow co-workers when they were presented with a difficult task. Ashley is a very polite individual. She always treats each co-worker with the same way she would want to be treated. One behavior that Ashley does not embody is communication. When it comes to being the one who has to communicate bad news to someone that will cause conflict, Ashley is not your person. She avoids conflict at all costs. Another behavior that Ashley demonstrates is that she is a procrastinator. Even though she has never missed a deadline, she waits to the last minute to complete a task. She does not utilize her time well. She spends time that should be used for work, and spends it on Facebook or reading emails.
The final section of the evaluation is to assess Ashley’s attitude. Overall, Ashley is a very positive, upbeat person. She uses her positive attitude to encourage and motivate her co-workers. An example of this was when one of her co-workers was having a difficult time completing a task that was assigned to him. She assured him that he could not only complete the task, but could complete it efficiently. Her positive attitude helped to change the thinking of her co-worker and gave him the motivation to keep pushing forward and complete the assignment. Ashley’s attitude is very contagious. A positive attitude like hers in the workplace not only makes for a better work environment it also helps the team as a whole achieve their goals and attain success.
