Management Study
The management aspect implies a clear and precise identification of duties and responsibilities, flow of authority and manpower level requirement. It must be set up for optimum effectiveness. To achieve these, management must be able to plan all activities, for the company to become productive and competitive industry through human resource, financial capability and new technologies. The central idea of management is to make every action or decision help achieve a careful chosen goal.
5.1 OBJECTIVES
The part of this feasibility study which is the management study, will aim to determine and provide the following for the completion and accordance in the management part of the “Veggie Good” Greenhouse Restaurant:
- to form what type of business ownership is application in the social business,
- to know the amount of capital needed to start business,
- to learn and make the organization structure a business must have,
- to determine the manpower required and the number of employees needed to operate the business,
- to know and supply the right compensation for the employees,
- to establish and implement rules and regulations, written and verbal policies within the business organization,
- To adhere with the government on what legal requirements should be passed by the business.

5.2 FORMS OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
The people behind “Veggie Good” Greenhouse Restaurant decided to make it as a Partnership establishment among the types of business ownership. The business will be registered as a partnership by written agreement since it is required in the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission. Also with this misunderstanding and disputes among the partners relative to the nature and terms of the contract may be avoided or minimized.

My best decision would be to evaluate each employee and based on the importance of their job for the company and their work performance whether or not to cut them back from full time to part time. If I am able to cutback almost half my department to part time hours I will be able to cut the payroll by 15%.
