Introduction Legend by Marie Lu, is about about a boy who is trying to save his little brother from a disease. To do so he has to break into a hospital lab and steal the cure. On his way out he ran and got caught by a guard. After he got away from the guard, the guard was killed and he was framed for the murder.

In this book there is a lot betrayal and lying. In this writing i will talk about The main theme of the book. I will also talk about The characters development and his relationships.

Theme

There were lots of themes in my book, here’s a few of them.
One of the themes is courage. The main character had a lot of courage during this book. One of the times he was courageous he broke into a hospital science lab to find a cure for his brothers disease. When he couldn’t find any cures, he had to get away without getting caught.When he was trying to get out he was about to be caught by the guards, so he jumped out of a 4 story window to the cemente. He reinjured his bad knee on the fall down, but he could still limp away to safety. …show more content…
Once she found him she went undercover. So she could make him trust her so she could learn about him to lure him into a trap.

Another time she was courageous was when she broke Day out of the execution square after she put him there. After breaking him out she would lose her job as an officer and be on the wanted dead list, or executed if she was caught.

Days brother Daniel Helped break Day out of prison but he didn’t survive. Both of them look alike and their was a lot of guards shooting at them. So Daniel decided to let them shoot him instead of Day. June and Day got out alive and escaped the
