In the twenty-first century, Hong Kong resident began to know more about Apple. It is a company which sells high-technical products and opened a new technology in which it has defeated a lot of competitors in the traditional market. The breakthrough from Apple excited people a lot as the technology of computer is almost in a stage of decelerating growth, it leads the development of personal computer and tablet to a new direction.

In the technology development, Apple created its own operating system called Mac OSX for its computer. Unlike other competitors who need to rely on Microsoft Windows, Apple can even support Windows system without affecting its own system and avoid Microsoft monopolize the market. Besides, nowadays more and more business is using computer to do e-retailing, Apple also invested a lot on the virus protection in which it can claim that users need not to worry about the hackers’ attack. The above advantages make iMac be more attractive to customers in which it became a market challenger in computer system market.

Moreover, the targets consumers of iMac are professionals such as art designer, photographer and film maker. Therefore, Apple has put a lot effort on the resolution and display which makes it more close to the real color. Besides, Apple also programmed a special system for vision disabilities. The VoiceOver is more user friendly to the disable where they can use gestures to command iMac. It helps to wider its business opportunity as the market of vision disable is not that well developed.

Apart from the development on iMac, Apple also devised a tablet called iPad.The introduction of new product caused a lot of reaction since it design has break the tradition. A simple and high-tech design with only one home button and a glossy widescreen Multi-Touch display, iPad has become a trend and many competitors started to copy this style

To determine what possible factors could hinder this, it is important to outline and explore possible negative outside factors that could affect the process of building these relationships. Current Economic Situation It is hard to watch the news or read the newspaper without hearing about how bad the current economy is; however, to further explore this, it is important to have an accurate look at the current economy. To find out what is really going on, there are several sources to look at. First, is a government’s website, www.bls.gov, for the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This is relevant information in that it shows current measurements like the unemployment rate. According to their website, the unemployment rate has gone down every month for the last six months. This is a good sign for the economy. While looking at these statistics provide a good glimpse at the overall economic condition, it is important to check other sources to see if they are reporting similar economic conditions. A quick search brings up resent articles from sources like “Business Week,” “Bloomberg,” and “The Wall Street Journal.” All of these articles seem to indicate a recovering economy.
