EXPLANATION
1.Division of Work – When employees are specialized, output can increase because they become increasingly skilled and efficient.
Criticism:-
Division of Work is major principle of management. When work is divide among employee's they not able to perform this because some time employee are unskilled or unefficient in other way work is not suitable for them . so they can not perform their work effectively .so that's why output will decrease .

2:Authority:- Managers must have the authority to give orders, but they must also keep in mind that with authority comes responsibility.
Criticism:-
In this principle manager have full authority to take decision but some time managers are not perform their duty as well and they do not know our responsibility .In this situation some time they give wrong orders to their employee and no one can challenge their orders . 3.Discipline :– Discipline must be upheld in organizations, but methods for doing so can vary.
This third principle of the 14 principles of management is about obedience. It is often a part of the core values of a mission and vision in the form of good conduct and respectful interactions. This management principle is essential and is seen as the oil to make the engine of an organization run smoothly.
Criticism:-
Discipline is necessary in every field .In the principle of management discipline play very important role. But sometimes organization has poor discipline to manage their work.when lack of discipline the members of organization not interact with each other.
