This is a marketing plan that provides the details of a three month campaign designed to generate new leads, increase sales and drive up product usage for a Banks home loan product to two new segments. Through the implementation and iterative refocussing of below the line trigger programs along with in house analysis, new target markets have been identified, First time investors and First home buyers.

The marketing plan discusses the current marketing situation with background on the market, product, competition and distribution. It includes details of the 4 P’s and incorporates a SWOT analysis as well as the expected sales volume. Demographics, market share and profit are also elaborated upon.
